You can test them right now at http://whatsnext.loadout.tf/. Be sure to click on the 'init war paints' button at the top of the item list before using them.

Love the site, great for testing items and effects!!
Was wondering if there is a way to prevent the character model's eyes from constantly following that camera though? Apologies if the solution is super obvious nd I'm just being dumb nd missing it
