[Servers] Less lag and more servers!

Do you hate lagging when grinding maps? We do too!

To resolve the server FPS lag on the JA2 dedicated map servers, we have opted to cap the maximum number of players that can join each server to 22. In compensation, we have spawned additional servers to fill in the gap:

@Dr. Purple: These new servers are currently less populated, which is easier on the server CPU. Give them a try to see if that works better for you.

can i finally join your servers with 15.2 ms lerp? (cl_interp 0.0152) without your server not being able to handle it?

@FunnyPlush08: From experience we found the high server rental fees, substandard server CPU performance, restrictive hosting ToS, and overall network instability of South American server hosting make keeping servers in this region highly unsustainable.
