[Servers] Lock-down initiated as a precaution

We have imposed a player lock-down on the servers as a precaution for any undisclosed RCE exploit vulnerabilities as a result of the Source Engine code leak.

While we have not yet observed credible evidence of any such exploits in the wild, we have opted to act proactively to protect our players until we hear back from Valve about this issue.

We apologize for this inconvenience.

We in Britain are in lock-down in two ways. We can't go to our favourite park, and we can't go to our favourite Jump server.
