[Asia] Servers are back online

Our server host for Asia has moved us to a new VPS, and we have copied our game servers over and started them back up again.

Please let us know if anything is amiss.

@NesquickScope The server provider took down the VPS hosting the SA servers due to a ToS violation against running games, and we have not looked for another provider since we do not have the funding to continue hosting it.
