We are currently experiencing some technical issues regarding our flux capacitor. A team of highly trained ants, and mainly Buddha, is working on it!

Unfortunately due to the nature of the issue we are expecting a downtime of several hours at least so you won't be able to check the 10 lowball offers you have gotten today :(

we've patched the site (big thanks to Fiskie from backpack.tf for providing a new steam only OpenID lib for php: https://github.com/fisuku/php-steam-openid, bigger thanks to my dear co-conspirator, Inu - he did all the heavy lifting figuring out what was happening and then breaking down my door to wake me up from a keefer hangover)

the site was reverted to a backup from before the attack started sometime on December 22nd. it's like most of the 22nd and some of the 23rd never happened. which, for those who got shitty offers, is a good thing ;)

we got hacked due to an exploit in some very old code we use to auth users.

i'm working on a fix to the exploit.

worry not, your steam accounts are in no way affected, your inventories are fine, the hackers can only manipulate the data on bazaar - for example, banning someone, changing a user's name, closing a trade, or posting to the forum.

basically harmless but annoying.

after we deploy the fix we will roll back our database to the last good backup which was yesterday morning.

unfortunately any changes you made, trades you've created, forum posts you made, etc will revert to the way things were on Dec 21.

looks like some shitty hackers have nothing better to do than to pick on community sites similar to how aim bots pick on tf2.
