Abuse of Votegag and Votemute by Anamu7amed

Ever since I started playing on this server, there was always one problem person. Anamu7amed rampantly abuses votegag and votemute whenever mods are offline. Now people can justify this by saying it's the entire server who votes to get individuals muted/gagged but realistically speaking, most people just mash 1.

His reasoning for initiating votes is whenever Death kills him, if someone disagrees with him, or (the most recent example as of 1:56 PM, CST 9/14/17) another player accidentally hitting the tnt barrel, causing both of the players' deaths.

I've given him the benefit of the doubt and decided to see if his behavior changed. But the only change was that instead of using !votegag he uses /votegag now to be sneaky about it.

I don't think we should have to live in fear of being gagged because one specific player doesn't like getting his way. I'm hoping some action could be taken against him to increase the quality o f the server.

Yes Thats Very True Just the fact that he uses /votegag to be sneaky about it and y'know he wants everyone not to kill him and stuff like that its just a big problem why play Deathrun if he doesnt want to die why play tf2 if he doesnt want to die
