People from mine don't usually have a issue with these
I remember Intox Gaming servers had that feature implemented to filter out maps that are not well-recieved. I think this is a good idea too.
I got the idea from Lazyneer's zombie server, which had a similar system in place. I would remove all maps that had a rating less than like 2 out of 5 every two to three months and replace some of them with new maps.
I would also recommend removing the W01 Deathrun server since I rarely see anyone on there when I am online
