@Billy-The-Kid If you have Quake on steam installed then move your chosen Quakeworld client set up (for example ezQuake) into the Quake directory in your Steam library. Then either remove or rename the qwcl.exe that came with Quake on steam and rename your chosen client to QWCL. Then just launch Quake via Steam and select Play Quakeworld from the options. The Steam Quake launcher only looks for the program name dosn't matter what the .exe is.
