Hi all. We have a few more people starting to stream on Twitch - I've posted some links below and if you are over on the Older Gamer Discord, you can see who down in the PROFILES->TWITCH channel (hey, if YOU have a Twitch account, add your own link there!).

You might find some entertaining videos, have a few laughs or get a look at real time gameplay of new (and old) games.

We also have a streaming discussion right here under "Art / Screenshots / Videos / Music" - but it honestly has seen no love for about 5 years.

Please take a look at these - also, it would be great if you could *follow* these accounts to help the streamers out getting their 'followers' numbers up.

Hi all - hope things have been going well with everyone. I know we don't see much activity over here in the main Steam group for Older Gamer - most socializing and discussions have been happening in the OG Discord group (which you are all welcome to join).

I wanted to let everyone know that we have been having weekly co-op / multiplayer games focusing on free / very cheap games that will give us a chance to join up in voice chat and have a bit of fun and get to know each other for about two hours. We have settled on Sunday at 4pm Eastern (GMT-5) to allow folks on both sides of the ocean to join in.

During the week, we propose a number of games and vote : Definitely / OK / No / will spectate. So far we have played Team Fortress 2, Counter Strike: Global offensive (both of which OG has a dedicated server for) and Among Us. We have only been looking at games where we can have private / friends only participation (mainly because we have no idea what we are doing).

The games that came up up for voting this week are:

Deep Rock Galactic ($30 steam)
Battlefield 1 (edit - free with ea game pass trial, or $5 for a month)
Gauntlet - Slayer Edition ($20 steam)
Sanctum ($10 steam)
Town of Salem ($5 steam)

Dead By Daylight (free epic games)
Among Us ($5 steam)

(Yes, I know, a few of those are not free / low cost)

- Best way to find the server (since the IP changes ocassionally) is via:
Steam -> View -> Servers

then search for "Oghurd - Conan PvE"

- Password upon request

- Oh, and if you wish to communicate - plan on OG Discord voice - (I hate typing in game chat) :)

- Note: Server does not have continuous active players, so it sometimes stops working if it requires updates - contact @Oghurd (Discord) or PM me in Steam and I can get it back up fairly quickly)
