General commands:

!flaregun - (you need to have a grenade launcher first!): opens the GL ammo menu to choose from a list of different ammo types for the GL.
!sentry - spawns a sentry where you are aiming. To specify the minigun or 50 cal, type !sentry <0/1> - 0 for minigun, 1 for 50 cal. Type !sentry <0/1> <type> to spawn a specific type of advanced sentry.
!sentrymenu - opens a menu where you can select between basic and advanced sentry types.
!lmc - change your playerskin to something else.
!hat - give yourself a hat.
!tp - turn on 3rd person mode. Type the command again to turn off.
!miss - learn about the missile award system and how to use it.
!nv - toggle nightvision on or off. You can also press F twice to toggle.
!wskin - open a menu to select a weapon skin (if available).
Marking a spot - point at the thing you want to mark with the crosshair while pressing SHIFT + E.

Map/game mode voting:

!votemode - initiate a gamemode vote.
!chmap - initiate a new map vote while in survival mode.
!mapvote - vote for the next campaign while on a finale round.
!mapvotes - view the current voting results for the next campaign while on a finale round.

Game slots/joining:

!spec - go into spectator mode.
!ob - go into full observer mode.
!survivor - join the game as a survivor (if slots are available).

Flying the helicopter:

Hold E - get in the helicopter.
Ctrl + E - get out of the helicopter (after landing of course!).
Hold E in flight to see helicopter stats (fuel, ammo, bomb/missile count.

Change grenade types:

Equip a grenade and hold SHOOT (LMB) + SHOVE (RMB) keys to change grenade type.

Change character voice:

!bv - Change to Bill's voice.
!zv - Change to Zoey's voice.
!lv - Change to Louis's voice.
!fv - Change to Francis's voice.
!nv - Change to Nick's voice.
!rv - Change to Rochelle's voice.
!cv - Change to Coach's voice.
!ev - Change to Ellis's voice.

Performance/stats tracking/URLs:

!rankmenu - opens the server stats tracking menu.
!stats help - deep-dive into your own round/game performance.
!wstats - open the server webstats in a browser.
!nom - nominate a new campaign/survival map for the server.
!bug - submit a bug report for server issues.

Server mechanics:

• Pills and shots have infinite uses.
  
• All guns have infinite ammo. All survivors get an M60 and fire axe (may change weekly) on round start.
  
• Survivors can go down 10 times before death.
  
• Witches will now attack all players and incap everyone if not dealth with. Witch HP is also much higher.
  
• Survivors can shove longer before cooldown kicks in.
  
• Multiple witches will appear in a single round along with at least 1 tank.
  
• If incapped, players can slowly crawl away to another location to be revived.
  
• If incapped, players can help themselves up by pressing crouch.
  
• There are 35 variations of tanks that can spawn. You can find out for yourselves what they are. Basic tip: tanks can TP, and you need to disable shield tanks' shield with an explosion (with proapane they throw or the GL).
  
• Crouch while holding a sniper for 2 seconds to receive a charged shot that does massive damage.
  
• Gifts sometime drop from killing special infected - perform well and you may receive a bonus. But watch out... they can also sometimes give you a hefty penalty!
  
• Tanks will drop gifts with a % probability. The current award types are - flyable helicopters and melee/regular weapons.
  
• Bots can pick up throwables and transfer them to you. You can also swap gears with them - hold the item you want to swap, aim at them, and hold R.
  
• You can pour gas puddles using gascans and light them up by shooting them with a gun. Great for when you are out of mollies - max use of 20 pours per gascan.
  
• There is a 1/5 chance you will receive a boost after consuming pills for reload, meleeing, and shooting. Adrenalines will give 100% boost chance.
  
• There are now special types of special infected with speed/HP/invisibility boost.
  
• Chargers are on crack - well almost, but not quite.
