Um... Patch didn't fix the game?

So I got 1-3 and paste in the 1.1 patch fix. Use locale emulator to make sure no problems. Run the game. Plays well until the underwater fight with the queen. The she does her 'ultimate move' the game crashes. Went back a decision and figure maybe its just that. Game crashes again with the animation when Alice uses I think Its called blaze storm on the mutated human that fights you after you get the spirit of winds power. So now there is no way around for me to enjoy the rest of the game. As far as I can tell everything has been done right. I even went ahead and DL the Japanes language pack for windows and good old DirectX, C++ 2005, 2008, 2010, and any other emulation suggested DL to make it run better. I even made new save files just in case it was a glitch in the file and no go.

Is this just me? I want to enjoy this game because the story is great but sadly it seems no one is able to help with this problem. Any ideas? Thoughts? The game did give a crash report... anyone know how to view/read them?

Very late but I did manage to fix my game from a similar problem. What I did was first copy all your .rar parts into another location just to be safe,Extract everything,Then copy the 'Effect' folder and replace the effect folder that is where your Game is located.

This bug I think happened cuz I looked at the effects individually and screwed them up somehow without it showing.
