Today, some changes were made to the relist system. These changes might seem confusing at first, but we'll explain why they were made:

Deleting and recreating a listing within the autobump interval will no longer bump the listing for that item.

What was happening was that classifieds bots could circumvent the autobump timer by deleting and recreating listings just after the 30-minute relist window. This made the autobump feature, frankly, completely redundant.

Thus, the 30-minute relist window has been removed entirely. Instead, bumps for item listings are now bound to the autobump interval -- this is an enhancement on the change that was made before to prevent a similar loophole with the relist window.

But that leaves a problem where regular users can't do much anymore. So...

A 12-hour autobump interval is immediately available to all users.

If you are a regular user, you should enjoy more visibility on your listings -- you do not have to worry about bumping them anymore, and certain bots will not be able to as bump their listings as frequently as they were.

Additionally,

Listings for items that are deleted and recreated before the autobump interval should no longer trigger extra listing alert notifications.

This was, frankly, getting spammy.
