Add bots and administrator server counter strike source

Good afternoon, I just installed a counter strike source server following the LinuxGSM guide and everything works fine with no problem.

When I enter the game I do not have any bots and I would like to know which file I have to edit to add them, as well as add an administrator (me) to manage the server.

I have read some sourcemod but I do not know if it is what I need.

You can input commands directly within console, running ./cssserver console
You can also use RCON, or sourcemod and such, but then, their forums would help more than ours.
