No audio in Steam Remote Play Together when using USB headset

Me and my friend want to play A Way Out but for some reason he can't hear the game. The headset I'm using is a Corsair HS70 Bluetooth(USB). For some reason, if I use Headset USB then my friend won't be able to hear the game but if I use a 3.5mm headphone jack then my friend can hear the game. I would use the 3.5mm jack but the mic is really bad. Need Help!

Hoping someone has an answer to this, or have you figured out a solution? I ran into this exact same issue with the two games I've tried and discovered last night that if I switch my audio to on board sound the Client could then hear the game, but if I use my USB headset (like OP) the client loses sound.

EDIT - I found the solution. In your Sound setting right click the headset in playback devices, and goto properties. Then Click advanced tab, and make sure your device is set to 16 Channel, 44000Mhz. This solved the audio issue for me and the friend playing.
