Why is the Reshade Option Version older than 1.0?

First, I'm sorry to my bad English, because I'm Japanese.

I have a question about Reshade Option.
I use the Redux(lite) but latest version files are older than 1.0.
My GTA5 had a little fps drop compare with 1.0, so I would like to know the reason.

the date isnt a exact sience in windows. it isnt representative to the actual version of reshade/enb. the version can be viewed in the ini-files or at the startup of gta on the top left.

the fps-drop could be a result of gameconfig.xml which ups the amount of vehicles you COULD add
