I made this announcement to describe my current and future situation.

Recently, the term for school ended, and my grades came through. I barely passed with good grades. My grades unexpectedly plummeted 2 weeks bewfore the grades closed, and all of my attempts to fix them were in vain.

Because of my grades, my computer privilges are being revoked from me until the end of the school year.

I just want to say I'm sorry, to all of you. I didn't try hard enough, and I can never repay you guys for all that you've given me this past year.

You've made me laugh, smile and just be myself, and I sincerely think of you guys as part of my family. You're all such amazing friends, and I'll miss you all. I can't name anyone specifically right now, as that would take me a long time.

Keep this server going, as we've done the impossible. From the ruins of a great server, we rose up and created our own community.

This does not mean that I will be leaving Garrison Gaming or abandoning the staff. I will be on and off from time to time, and I can be kept in contact through Skype and Steam from my phone.

Becoming staff on Havoc was one of the greatest things to happen to me.

Thanks for the laughs, the good times, and the future moments we can all have. I love you all like the brothers and sisters I never had.

I've decided to stop being a dick to people, after a sort of wake up call. What do you guys want from Garrison, this is your community, not just mine. It can be servers, events, additions.... whatever pleases you and is reasonable.

Currently I'm in Atlanta, in the busiest airport in the world, but in a few hours I'll be home. I'm deeply sorry for the absence, but Garrison is back.

Once I am home I will work with other Developers and configure the dedicated server, as well as starting the development for the Forums and many other Game-Related servers. SDS will eventually be hosting and configuring our new Teamspeak on the dedi, and will help with the development of forums. Smithy is developing multiple different elements for DarkRP as follows:

New Scoreboard
New HUD (Includes Door and Entity Menus)
Other New Elements (that will remain confidential for now)

I will be conducting the implementation of multiple new game servers as follows:

Murder Server - Owned by Haaam the Psycho
Deathrun Server - Owned by Marc
Multiple other confidential servers

You may always message me about opening up a new server under the Garrison [GG] community name. We can discuss terms and fees when appropriate.

I apologize for the absence of DarkRP and myself as an asset, for the past week. I hope you understand, as I was on family holiday (not going to deny a vacation).

I hope you guys are excited as I am about the new implements and servers, and I'll say again, we are going to be working on getting all of the servers back up and running very soon!

We are allying with CNS

We have come to a consensus with CNS that we will be allying together. We will help each other out and we will be working together from now on. Go check out their server (Chicken Noodle Servers)!
they own a TTT server that Haaam and Colin already staff in they have a lot of people who were a part of BDL which is the Server that started HS you might know some of the staff there.
they have added a lot of stuff to the server already Haaam goes there from time to time so he will be the guy that keeps you guys updated. ~ Haaam

Operator Trial Run

At the beginning of Garrison, I clearly stated that Operators would have a 1 month trial run. Tonight we will evaluate current operators who have surpassed that amount of time. If you are one of those individuals, you are either subject to promotion OR demotion. We will inform you promptly.

Dedicated Server

I have recently acquired a new Dedicated Server for Garrison from SYS-OVH which we will be using from now on. Our IPs for our servers will change, although the name will stay the same. We are also going to eventually add more servers, and certainly open a Forum/Website. We'd appreciate donations at jhbethea@bellsouth.net through PayPal. We thank you for your patience, DarkRP will be down for a day or so, Teamspeak will go down for a bit as well.

We're going to make Garrison Unique

Are you guys tired of the unoriginal HUD, Tab Menu, the shitty MOTD? Tired of CSS Alt Weapons? Want something unique? Not just a bunch of premade code and Scriptfodder addons?
You're in luck.
We're revamping our server, but almost everything will be custom-coded by either Smithy or our other developers. It'll be unique. He brought up the point that Havoc was good because it was unique. Let's stop trying to be like Havoc, let's be unique.
