I was gonna wait till most of you talked to me but since none of you really hang out or talk to me unless I message you first I'll just post it here.

I feel like none of you respect me and find small reasons to go against whatever I say no matter what it is.

Maybe your lack of respect is warranted. I am a huge asshole when people don't listen or refuse to better themselves when its obvious that they have the ability too.

All I ever wanted from anyone in my life was respect.

I fucked up and let my emotions and impulsive reaction get the better of me before and had the whole "Moonkin" thing. Everybody remembers it.

Then there was my decision to let Frenzy go which I had wanted to do since before Viaduct. It may be blunt to say but I feel like as a player he wasn't on the same level as most of the team.

When I made that decision none of you said anything. Just seemed like you accepted it.

But further down the road I find out a good amount of you hang out in his mumble a lot and never want to do anything with me.

Thats fine. My ways push people away from me and I've come to accept that.

As a team leader you need to make decisions thats best for the team and act like a leader, not a friend. None of you seem to understand that.

Especially goldfish, who was so passionate to defend the ones I wanted to cut from the team and get better players on the roster.

I gave them a chance and it cost us 2 matches. Slowly degrading my faith, trust and motivation to play with and on this team.

Frenzy didn't know what to do on viaduct, goldfish cared only about the combo he was facing, and groezy could not handle the flank on his own.

This would not have happened if I was a stronger leader and just followed through with what I wanted to do in the first place. Cutting frenzy, putting gyru in his place, cutting groezy and putting glop in his place, and telling goldfish to actually participate in the reviews that he didn't come to for unknown reasons.

But instead I had faith in the players and they failed miserably.

So I talked to gyru about these things and he said that I should just give him leadership of the team and play as a team member or get a replacement for myself.

I find that he does not have the qualities of a leader and will not watch what I made degrade into a joke because I gave it to someone else. I'd rather destroy it myself.

Which is what I'm going to do.

I'll give you all a few days to share your feelings on this and say anything you want to say.

There are only a few people I regret doing this to on the team. The rest of you deserve it and I hope you realize the mistakes you made against me even though you were blinded by the fucked up shit I said and did.
