Infinity
Infinity is CIV-like game with very simplified rules taking place in massive universe. You will start as one civ on inhabited planet, but when you advance enough, you can leave the planet, explore and settle your solar system and neighbouring planets. Later, in similar fashion, you can explore the galaxy, then your local galaxy cluster, and at the very end the whole Universe itself (which contains other clusters with galaxies, star systems and planets, which can be inhabited too).
You can compete with 100+ rival civilisations scattered all around the universe.

If you are interested you can download the game here:

It should work on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. I didn't have opportunity to try it on Windows 8 or 10, so I don't know about those. If you try it on one of them, please let me know if it worked or not.

There is not much in-game help, but there is PDF documentation (I no longer read email addresses listed there though).
This was one man, free-time, hobby project, so don't expect miracles in audio-visual presentation, all pictures are drawn by my hand which shows :-).

I created it about 6-8 years ago, mostly because I wanted to play game like this and didn't think anyone else will make it. Then it got somewhat forgotten, I'm probably the only person who really played it at any length.

If you have any questions or comments, you can post them here. You can also report bugs, but I'm no longer working on it, so there is small chance of fixes. But who knows, I might resurrect it one day if there is enough interest.

It works flawlessly on Windows 10 without any tweaks.
The interface is understandably dated, but the only real issue I've found was that the automatic end of turn does not always trigger.
F12 button ends the turn anyway.

Overall it's interesting and has that intangible quality that makes you build yet another settler and settle another base and scout around to see what's there.
In a week or so I'll write back.

Thank you for sharing the game!

@faijeya thanks for reporting back, glad it works on Win 10 too.

About the end turn - could it be you still have base without build orders? The game first cycles through units, and then through bases. If you press Tab and base is selected with build order NONE then that is why end of turn didn't trigger. If all units and bases have orders, then it is probably indeed a bug.

Yep, not a bug.
I indeed often neglect ordering units.
