How can I join the server when it's full with reserved slot?

Simply open your console using ~ key, then just input this command: connect serverip:port (remember to replace the "serverip:port" with the actual server ip).
i.e: connect 139.99.201.111:27015

Can I upgrade my donator to lifetime by adding the difference?

Unfortunately no. What you pay for at the time, is what you get. If you would like to switch to a different plan, we suggest to wait out your period and re-donate, or pre-purchase the plan you would like to switch to when your donator expires.

Does having donator give me admin powers?

Donator and admin/moderator are two different things. We do not sell admin, it has to be earned. You have no admin powers as a donator, although you have some exciting exclusive perks.

Does having donator make me immune to the rules?

While we appreciate your support for our community. Donating will not give you free passes or favours when it comes to the rules. If you break the rules, you will have the same treatment as a fellow player. If the rule broken is serious enough, you may be stripped of your donator perks all together.

What happens if i donate an odd amount?

Our packages are specified above. If you donate an odd amount, we will round it to the closest package below your donation amount. If you donate below the minimum donation amount, we will consider this a community contribution to support EGC and you will not recieve any donator perks. This includes, but is not limited to: item donations, foreign currencies, etc

Can I get a refund if I dont use my donator?

While we appreciate your support for our services, all donation amounts are final and non refundable (by making a donation you agree to these terms and acknowledge your donation will not be refunded under any circumstance). If donator has down time (server side), we will credit donator days onto your account, free of charge.

Can I share my donator account with my friends?

Endless Gamers Community does not condone sharing of steam accounts, according to the steam subscriber agreement You may do so at your own risk, but if your account is banned due to abusive behaviour, scamming and/or hijacking. Your donator will be stripped and we may not unban that account.
