As title said, due to TF2 LeakVirus-20, the source code of TF2 and CSGO ( 2017 version ) has leaked, security issue is the most concerned issue. We decided shutting down the server until Valve said ok...

The video asks you to visit a website, do NOT press that link!

Further explanation:
If you press sign in button in the scam site, the scam site will create a fake steam login page with fake URL bar and fake SSL Cert etc. Once you login,
your account will be stolen by scammer. Afterward, scammers will use your account to send the youtube link to the victim's friends and spread like virus.

全人通用:
1.不能逗留於槍房
2.死後不能報位
3.不能設黏性炸彈陷阱
4.不能逗留於不能達到的地方
5.不能利用bug或exploit
6.用常識和common sense
7.如果當紅隊只餘下一人，而他沒有積極反抗，spectators並可以報位

紅隊:
1.不能進槍房/卡住槍房門口, 藍隊控制室或藍隊重生點
2.不能擁有彈藥
3.紅隊必須尊重獄長命令，除非命令涉及違規，紅隊不能干涉獄長命令。
4.Freeday人士不能惡意破壞遊戲 (e.g On/off button, block player)

藍隊:
1.不能9kill
2.不能殺freeday人士
3.不能9hit
4.不能偏愛
5.不能殺隊友
6.不能偽裝及隱形
7.不能建造
8.最後一個藍隊要是守衛就能殺死所有紅隊
9.不能惡意破壞遊戲 (e.g On/off button, block player)
10藍隊必須尊重獄長命令，除非命令涉及違規，藍隊不能干涉獄長命令。

獄長:
1.不能叫守衛亂殺紅隊
2.開friendly fire前要通知所有人
3.只能給最後一位沒有反判的紅隊LR
4.如紅隊需要,必須重複指令至少一次
5.不能撒謊

定義:
AFK/AFK Freeze=不能動人物,動視覺,或嘲諷
Out of Cell Rebel Day=紅隊必須留在牢房中,直至獄長說這一天結束
Lava Day=紅隊必須避免接觸地面,直至獄長說這一天結束
Crouch Day=紅隊必須隨時蹲下,直至獄長說這一天結束
Cell Wars=獄長必在事前向所有人宣布,當開了Friendly Fire,紅隊必須殺死和自己同一個牢房的隊友,只有在藍隊總共有4名或更少的隊員時才允許這樣做。
Hunger Games=紅隊必須互相殘殺直至最後一位剩下
Hide and Seek=當藍隊逗留在槍房一分鐘後就能追殺所有紅隊直至最後一位剩下
War Day=藍隊必須到容易達到的位置逗留而跟紅隊宣布位置,同時紅隊就到槍房拿彈藥嘗試殺藍隊
