Looks like HunieDev is going to use old method like H1 did was before. Looks like Valve is being aware of this or not. If they have balls enough to ban this game, then they'll face same backlash from last year.

Makes reading confusing sometimes, i think only proofreading by a person with good English could help.

Don't you remember that Valve tried to banned original Huniepop and several VNs from last year? There was a thread from reddit which they faced their backlash and things did not go well for them. They were forced to back away to make new policy and now they enforcing their own store poorly.

Looks like they noticed already. I would like to see them to try to ban Nekopara and Huniepop 2 and see how it goes.
