Gamescom keys changed to Early Bird Keys with the recent update, when you use those keys you can open and sell the contents of the crate immediately.

Did you purchase any of the two items from the market in game or the Steam market before opening the crate?

Recived the case from the game for BP points, and bought a key for 2.09 from the game store, for the money i recived from selling an item on the market which i recived from the game for free froma a free case, is that's the reason?

You purchased the key. That has the 7 day restriction that the item in the crate inherits.

They purchased their keys OVER 1 week ago. They have no restrictions on the items anymore.

In game market has the same 7 day restriction as the Steam Market.

It really pays to have extras long in advance of the new crates.

Just remember that for the next time and you will be making tons of Steam wallet funds.

How are they purchasing these keys a WEEK in advance when you cant purchase the key unless you have the Crate and the Crate wasn't released til yesterday.
