Enabling the console

Press F3 to open a sub-menu which will appear in the upper-left hand corner of the screen.
Press F8 to free the mouse.
Uncheck the 'Disable Console' option.
Back out by pressing F3 and F8 again.
You should now be able to open the console with the tilde (~) key, though this may vary with keyboards. It will appear as a grey box in the lower-left corner.

Eleven and Ten - Get at least 1110 points in Catcher Mode
- Play CATCHER - COMPUTER - MAYHEM and grab all the cannonballs on the right side to easily reach the score.
Arcade Lover - Finish Arcade mode with all characters
- Complete the ARCADE with all characters and then RESTART the game.
All the other achievements are for completing the ARCADE with each character.

Dialogue choices are largely irrelevant to the achievements, so feel free to choose whatever you like and not what's specified in the guide. The guide does specifically state what choices are relevant for achievements.
The PS4 version only has 45 of the Steam's 59 achievements. The remaining 14 are covered below. Most will unlock following walkthrough's steps without any extra interaction.

PLAYTHROUGH ONE

Master thief - Get the fire-flower ingredients without getting caught. (MISSABLE)
Book 2 - Chapter 5: Marcuria
(Will unlock following the steps in the Platinum walkthrough.)
Unlocks upon directing Bip to steal the alchemy ingredients from the Sand-witch vendor without getting caught. If Bip gets caught, restart the most recent autosave.

I thought there wouldn't be stealth! - So you thought there wouldn't be stealth and also you suck at it.
Deleted Scenes - Chapter 3: Kian in Marcuria
This achievement can be unlocked at any time, but I recommend doing it after Book 2 to stay inline with the story. From the main menu, select "Extras", then "Chapter 3: Kian in Marcuria".
Run through the open gate and get caught by the patrolling guard to unlock the achievement. It wouldn't unlock when I ran at the guard, instead I had to stand still on the guard's patrol path.

Let's Get Personal - Kian revealed personal information to one of the rebels. (CHOICE RELATED)
Book 3 - Chapter 6: Night in Marcuria
(Will unlock following the steps in the Platinum walkthrough.)
Will unlock at the same time as "Enu-time", after the opening scene of the chapter.

The Goat Whisperer - You have a special way with goats. (STORY?)
Book 3 - Chapter 6: Night in Marcuria (unlocks later)

Several guides list this achievement as being unmissable, but there's also an entire thread dedicated to unlocking it.
Inspecting the goat is part of the story. To be safe I suggest inspecting the awake, sleeping goat and plants multiple times before picking the plants to progress.
The achievement itself pops way later in Chapter 8 - after a scene with Anna.

A Murder of Crow - You killed Crow, you bastards! (MISSABLE)
Book 4 - Chapter 9: Abnaxus Abode
As part of the story, Zoe will direct Crow to annoy Onor Hileriss at Abnaxus' Abode. Repeat it a second time for the achievement before going to speak to Onor Hileriss about the bird.

Maaaps! - The Map Merchant Returneth, sort of. (MISSABLE)
Book 4 - Chapter 9: Abnaxus Abode
Before leaving Abnaxus' Abode, examine the map Zoe picked off the wall in her inventory. Turn it over to find the hidden symbol and unlock this achievement.

World's Greatest Kisser? - Biggest. Douchebag. Ever. (MISSABLE)
Book 5 - Chapter 12: The Rooster and Kitten
(Will unlock following the steps in the Platinum walkthrough.)
After the cutscene in The Rooster and Kitten, interact with everyone leaving Anna last. Ask her about Mother Utana then attempt to kiss her to unlock the achievement and proceed with the story.

Bird Bath-and-Beyond - Bird-poop-flavoured water. Nice one, Kian. (MISSABLE)
Book 5 - Chapter 12: Reapmoon's Eve
(Will unlock following the steps in the Platinum walkthrough.)
While exploring Reapmoon's Eve festival as Kian, drink the bird bath water with the flagon. The bird bath is found between Crow and the wine merchant. Make sure to do it before saving Crow.

Fool me once… - You avoided getting stabbed by Klacks (MISSABLE)
Book 5 - Chapter 12: The Engine
(Will unlock following the steps in the Platinum walkthrough.)
Kian will confront Roper Klacks at the Engine. After the initial conversation, Klacks will try to divert your attention but keep the camera on him and interact with him when the icon appears for the achievement. Restart the most recent autosave immediately if you fail.

Making amends - Respect between brothers, as Kian and Likho see eye to eye. (CHOICE RELATED)

A farewell to Enu - You said your goodbyes to Enu. (MISSABLE)
Book 5 - Chapter 13: The Enclave
(Will unlock following the steps in the Platinum walkthrough.)
After the finale, Kian will be in the resistance HQ again. Talk to Likho when you're ready to proceed and both achievements will unlock in the ensuing conversations.

Baby Papa - We will never tell... (STORY)

Journey’s End - You finished the journey – but you can always return to the beginning and choose a different path through the story. (STORY)
Book 5 - Epilogue

Unmissable achievements. They will unlock in the epilogues at the very end.

PLAYTHROUGH TWO

The Platinum walkthrough ends after Book 4, but you will need to finish most of Book 5 as well for the final Steam achievement. There is nothing you can do wrong in Book 5, as the final relevant decision was made in Book 4. This one is opposite to the "Making amends" achievement unlocked in playthrough 1.

The guide was lazily written so there are a bunch of stuff that needs to be fixed below.

Hoarder Achievement
The guide doesn't cover the "Hoarder" achievement which is for filling up the shelves in the hub area (The Case). This can be done at any time, but I recommend doing it from the start with everything you can pick up. There are more than enough items.

Additions/Corrections

Pinwheel Harbor

The Pub
#6: There's an additional yellow safe part in bottom drawer in the bedroom with the ship in the glass case if needed.
#9: The key referred to is in the basement of the pub, near Memory Fragment 3. You'll need this much later in the game.

A. Bell Workshop
#3: Head out onto the beach and watch the order the buoys bob/ring. For me it was: left, centre, left, right. Hit the bells in that order instead of the order in the guide.

Wedding Home
#11: Referring to the bells in the package on the counter in the Post Office.

Pinwheel Harbor - Core Memory
#4: Turn right instead of left. It's the only room you've yet to visit.

Pinwheel Industrial

#1: It's a pipe you crouch under, not a wooden beam.

Ore Tramming
#23: The "light on the wall" is a shower head. Just look at all the showerheads and find the one with a huge crack on the wall.
#25: After picking up the Arsenious Acid tablets, dispose of them at one of the Arsenic Disposal bins. There's one outside the Warden's office. There's no need to use the acid tablets in the coffee.
#35: This is Memory Fragment 2.

Arsenic House
#16: 10 pulls are required. 8 pulls to set it to 'full', then 2 more to turn it back down to 75%.

Ore Tramming - Part 2
#9: The area is past the Miners Dry locker room - at the back if coming from the Warden's Office.
#12: Use the knocker used to hit the bells in Pinwheel Harbor, not the hammer used to tear down the wall. There's one in the 2804 desk if needed.
#18: You went outside on the way to the Arsenic House.

Mill Management
#10: Open the panel on the generator.
#12: There's a second generator panel/yellow switch combo that you need to hook before using the elevator. It's opposite the Pressure Control Terminal.

Miners Dry
#1: The area referred to here is the area with Memory Fragment 5 and the Ventilation Power Unit.
#4: After restoring the first plaque, you're teleported to a new area. Enter the room and play the tape recording to be teleported out to back to where you were. Repeat this for all plaques.

Pinwheel Industrial - Core Memory
#14: To return to Pinwheel Harbour, exit the house you start at in Pinwheel Village. Turn right and follow the stone path up some stairs. Look left at the top of the stairs to find an entrance to the harbour.

Brimclif Mine

#7: Flip the switch on the left after adjusting the valves.
#70: There are 7 reels total. The reel that says "Broken" is useless.
#76: The 'ship wheel' item is on a crate besides the green machine.
#84: After activating the "Dummy" Projector, open the locked chest nearby and place the driller piece on the yellow drill.

#2: The silver suitcase with the bible is under the stairs.
#4: If it doesn't work: Light the candles in the centre, opposite the father painting, two either side of father, and one more far right of the painting (23 total). Then try the bible on EVERY the pedastal.

Pinwheel Village

Travel to Pinwheel Village using the map in The Case, and not from the harbour, so you'll be placed at the correct place where the guide starts.

#13: There are two places you need to cut the tube. One inside by the fridge. Another outside under the wooden stairs.
#14: Knocker, not hammer.

#40: Crank, not lever. And turn it twice, so the crane catcher is above the open slot.
#42: Pull the switch by the open slot.
#86: I think you just need to open/close the door so the bell rings.

Conran - The dinky Raccoon

Relevant information:

All but kills achievements can be obtained through cheat codes.
Kills must be done manually; insta-killing enemies with cheat codes won't unlock any kill achievements.
Get/give yourself 5000 credits/Holocrons to buy your freedom and beat the game.
Play a subsequent wave to trigger wave and Holocrons achievements. E.g: to unlock wave 15 achievement you must play and survive a few seconds during wave 16. Same rule applies for Holocrons achievements.
Note: you can freely skip the wave after the each unlock.
Start the waves by holding F key next to the shop at the center of the arena.
Walker bots start appearing on wave 12.

Cheats:

Enable cheats: CTRL + ALT + C
Kill all enemies: CTRL + 6 (avoid using this during shop time or the game will bug out, preventing further progression).
Add HOLOCRONS: CTLR + 8

Bear With Me has been packaged three times on Steam:

Bear With Me: Episode 1 is free with episodes 2 and 3 as paid DLC
Bear With Me - Collector's Edition: Episodes 1-3 sold as a single package
Bear With Me - The Complete Collection: A new prequel episode sold as the base game with episodes 1-3 as a paid DLC

All paid DLC above is needed for the achievements in each game. Each product needs to be purchased separately, there are no loyalty discounts for owning another version.

- The prologue chapter adds 19 additional achievements.
- 20 achievements were removed compared to the Collector's Edition - most of them story-related. No new achievements were added to Episodes 1-3.
