Important notice to new Game Design degree students!

Don't join AAU's Video Game Design program unless you like to waste a lot of money on shitty classes. Do online video tutorials instead, and you'll literally pay a fraction of what AAU charges for a better education.

I think we're all cardboard box boy at some point in our life. We all believe game design is some magical fairyland where people play games all day and at the end of a few years out pops a fully finished release that immediately gets 5 star reviews from every major game website, even Gamespot gives it a 4.5.

However we all must come to accept the fact that game design is a tough business. Every hour counts and even during the best of times, things can go terribly terribly wrong.

Despite the grueling hours and the backbreaking pace, lets all remember that at the end of the day, you can still have the excitement of cardboard box boy, without having the painful cynicism of old rusty robot guy...

Hang in there, do your best and kick out some serious art this semester :)

With vacation upon us I'd love to see some game nights put together.

I know the main title I and some of the guys play is Left 4 Dead 2 but what other games would you be interested in having official announcements for?

If you let me know I can put something on the calender and everyone will get a notification at the appropriate time...
