There are multiple conversations that make reference to LGBTQ+ relationships in this game.
Additionally, the icon on the bathroom door is the "gender-neutral" icon.

In addition to the information provided there, I also noticed the following:

-One of the professors, Fortunato, is wheelchair-bound.

-Naya and Nadine both have short hair which makes them appear more androgynous.

-Boris reveals his parents left and never returned. The school principal provided him and his sister Vampy with a place to live.

-If you ask Boris to go on a date, he says, “I only date strong people and you are not quite there…yet.” Indicating he would date Otto if Otto was stronger.

As a result, this game will be added as not recommended.
