Changed a few settings, added a "Game Ideas!" Section in the Forums.

I was looking through the settings in our group, and noticed that all our forums stuff was open to public. So I changed it over so that you need to be a member to see anything.
Added the "Game Ideas!" section to the forum for anyone wanting to discuss their game ideas with their fellow members.
