welches VAC gebannte Spieler von unseren Servern fernhält.

Changelog:

- Unbanned all permanent banned players as their last chance
- Changed the time the player must wait, after he connected, before he can use RTV if you reconnect from 150 sec. to 60 sec.
- Reduced database connections for hlstatsx
- Removed VIP chat tags
- Removed VIP trails
- You will not lose any more VIP points on death
- Fixed and enabled store drop feature you are now able to drop items and credits (!drop, !gift)
- Added client preferences to store trails/tracers/nadetrails you are able to switch (!settings) who can see your trail and which trails you want to see
- Improved menu sorting in store
- Added categories to the gifting menu
- Added many new titles/clantags/connect and disconnect messages
- Removed many unreachable quakesounds
- Added client preference to enable/disable showing the timer style selection menu (!settings)
- Added an ion cannon plugin on our human vs bot server (!buyion, !plantion)
- Added auto silencer for usp, m4a1 (!settings)
- Changed the flying speed of rockets on human vs bot
- Increased the EXP rate on Surf RPG
- Added client preferences for VIP rainbowchat you can now choose which colors you want and toggle a random sorting of the colors
- Added some infos on the human vs bot server (!info) from the following plugins: rockets, laser mines, ion cannons
- Deleted all client preferences
- Deleted all equipped store items you must equip them again you didnt lost them
- Throwing knives can now bounce one time off walls, objects etc. and still kill the enemy
- Added and removed some GunGame maps
