i got a steaming one for 11 keys like 3 months ago, price is 10 keys now
Vivid plama and searing plasma are both 16 keys and they are very nice mid-tier effects
if you can wrangle 17.5 keys then you could get an eerie orbiting fire one
kill-a-watt for 11, terror-watt for 12, miami nights is nice and its 15, cloud 9 and blizzardy storm are both avaliable, at 15 and 14.5 keys.
