Beta: Team up with friends via /team!

[Moxxie]

Today I'm adding a new plugin to the server. Up to 4 players can now team up via the /team command.

Plugin Info:
- Teams with innappropriate names will be deleted and team members banned.
- Team tags are maximum 4 characters and names up to 24 characters.
- Team invites expire after 2 minutes.
- Players kicked from a team may not re-join the team for 7 days.
- Players who deny an invite may not be invited again for 15 minutes.
- Team leadership may only be transfered once per 30 days.

Gameplay statistics of all team members are combined to create a 'Team Total'. This is then converted to create a 'Team Score' for ranking on the global leaderboard.

Commands:
/team - Open the team overview & management menu.
/createteam - Directly create a new team as the leader.
/accept - Accept a team invite.
/deny - Deny a team invite.

Thank you everyone that has taken the time to create a team! This has allowed me to add a new team oriented leaderboard to our website!

Enjoy!
