Ban Appeal Process

If banned by anti-cheat, appeals can be made by reaching out to staff directly through Steam. Players must provide proof of no-wrong doing at the moment of being banned. Evidence such as video on YouTube or demo file with a tick number.

Only one appeal may be made per person, future bans are up held. Permanent bans are often applied after 2-3 bans, although on a case by case basis.

We will NEVER ask for account credentials, API keys or signing into a third party website in order to process an appeal. We handle appeals through Steam directly.
