New TurArk Server!

Hello TurArkadians!

The votes have been cast and a New Server will be coming! The server maintenance will begin on Sunday evening February 26th, 2017. We will be upgrading the hardware of the server in order to gain better gameplay. Also, MODS will now be a part of the server. We will be trying not to overload with MODS but keeping it to a minimum. But there are definitely some good working MODS out there. Stay tuned to the thread for more updates. I hope to see you all on the New Server!

Lastly, thank you all for your patience while anxiously waiting for the New Server to come back online. We apologize for the time it is taking to get up. Our Admin Team had complications in the build phase and are working hard to get it back online. I assure you it is coming soon! The server hardware is built and the Server settings are being run and tested for functionality. Our Admin Team will update you when we have more. Thank you!

The hardware of the computer will be moving to another location and will more than likely have a new IP. If in the near future you cannot log in to your saved server, go back to seach under unofficial and seach for TurArk again. The server will remain running, it is just moving to another physical location. Thanks you!

Server Update 11/20/16

The server has once again been updated! Yaaaas!

I have tried once more to fix the imprinting on the server. It may only take effect for new egg hatches after the update from what i am seeing, but not 100% sure. Here is what i changed:

BabyImprintingStatScaleMultiplier=5.0
BabyCuddleIntervalMultiplier=0.15
BabyMatureSpeedMultiplier=20
EggHatchSpeedMultiplier=20
BabyCuddleGracePeriodMultiplier=2.0
BabyCuddleLoseImprintQualitySpeedMultiplier=0.5

I also tried to re-enable the Gamma, but i am not sure it is working. I this this by adding line "EnablePVPGamma=True" to [ServerSettings] under GameUserSettings.ini.

Server Update 11/10/2016

TurArk Server has been updated to current again.

The nights have been reduced once again.

BabyCuddleIntervalMultiplier has been changed to hopefully fix what was still broken according to many players. It is now set at 15 vs .01.

Tried fixing Gamma again, let me know if it works or not.

Hello all, thank you for your patience in dealing with the server and it being broken. Not only did we loose power during Matthew for several days but then we moved and the computers were packed away in Lost Box Land. None the less, it should be up and running again accordingly. If there is anything else i can do let us know. The following is what was done over the past two days:

-Server Updated (Uh, duh, it was needed)
-Stats Reallocated to how they were before .INI wipe, courtesy of Studio Wildcard
-BabyCuddleIntervalMultiplier: = .01 = 1 MIN 52 SEC approx. (So grab some hot chocolate and light the fire, more cuddle time for you)
-EnablePVPGamma=True (O.O) I see you!
-TribeLogDestroyedEnemyStructures=true (The enemy of my enemy...bah hit them with a Rock!)
-Difficulty Offset = 4 (You asked for 5, we met you half way, up from 3.)
-Longer Nights due to Dodorex Event
