Winter Sales are upon us...

Winter sales are here and we all know how that goes, but it's the perfect time to pickup some of random games we can play as a group.

Most notably, The Ship is heavily discounted to $0.99!
With this in mind, I think our next event on December 26th will feature this game.

Garry's Mod and Counter Strike Source are also discounted for the duration of the winter sales, so if you haven't picked one of those up for Trouble in Terrorist town or another gamemode that Garry's Mod has to offer, now may the perfect time.

Hey everyone, thanks to everyone who joined us for our very first event!

I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did and hope you'll join us for the next one. It seems like everything came together pretty well. Except for trying to get a dedicated server with workshop mods grumble grumble.

If you have any suggestions or ideas for the next event, please feel free to post something in the Steam Group forums, Discord chat channels, or bug me directly.

Kwanzaa Extravaganzaa

The date for our next event has been set for Saturday, December 26th. I don't have any solid plans for games yet, but TTT and Prop hunt seemed to work pretty well last time. Steam Winter sales should begin soon, so hopefully we'll have an even bigger group this time around.

Discord

I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts on Discord. Unfortunately the invite links for our last event were temporary, but It seems like a great new platform to keep in touch for these events and getting together for games inbetween. For the next event we'll use persistant invites so you can rejoin my Discord server whenever you want, but feel free to ask me if you want to connect earlier.

Discord Server - Trouble in Terrorist Town Tomorrow

Hey everyone!

Don't forget we have an event tomorrow to get a Trouble in Terrorist Town game going. I'll be hosting the server locally since we're just getting started, but it should work even if it's not ideal.

In other news, I was recently given a reccomendation for Discord. My first impressions have been very positive, and seems like a great tool.

The link below will let you jump right into a new group/server in Discord for this steam group. You can use it in your browser, but there are also applications you can install for a wide variety of platforms, including smartphones. If all goes well, we'll just use this in place of Mumble.
