Non-Delivery Thread. (post here for non-deliveries)

Please only report someone for non-delivery if you're sure they won't deliver (i.e. if they've said that they won't, removed you, ignored a friend request, blocked you, etc).

If you simply haven't been able to contact them or they aren't responding to your messages, please wait at least 72 hours before reporting: don't jump to conclusions so quickly unless you're 100% sure the raffler is a troll and actually won't deliver. Just because they didn't accept your friend request the same day the raffle ends, doesn't necessarily mean they won't deliver.

Be sure to include a link to the raffle, or we can't do anything about it.

Any form of proof you have showing the non-delivery is also welcome: chatlogs, any relevant screenshots, including blocked error messages when trying to add them, a simple explanation, etc.

The only person reporting for non-delivery should be the person that didn't receive their item.
Do not report others for a friend, have them report the person themselves.

Account still does not belong to its owner. I saw this account marked on steamrep as a scammer alt. The main account is a hacker. He'll get it back when he gets it back, be patient.

Non-delivery. I've added him and contacted him (both on Steam and tf2r) a few times, but he never once replied.

EDIT: He finally responded with excuses and offered to deliver, but I declined. So consider this report void unless anyone else has issues with raffle etiquette like his.

Not sure exactly what the policy is for this sort of thing, but I've seen people get banned for it before, so I'd appreciate if something was done about it.

I have left a message on the raffler's page and tried to add him to my Steam Friends twice, both times he has rejected my friend request and has not responded to me through any channel since his raffle ended about 48 hours ago.

No delivery. "soviet snoopy" has recently friended me and said he too won a raffle by ☃ D:< I Love You Kinky >:D and did not receive the items he won.
