Steam overlay overlapping with Call of Duty Black Ops 4 game

I don't know if its on their end or steam ends, but the steam overlay overlapps with the game so that the button presses make something in the game as well. Only for this game. Every other non-steam game I've added works just fine, and this I do all the time, I play all my games thru steam even tho some of them are non-steam games.
