Hello, i would like to join this group.
It says that it's invite only so i'm sorry for already applying.

In order to join this group your application in STS needs to have been reviewed and accepted.
Until that happens you cannot join this group.
You need to be a member of the respective language in STS (in your case Dutch) only then you can be invited to join the group.

So i wish you good luck with your application you can post here again if you get accepted or ping someone from the Dutch group (https://steamcommunity.com/groups/DutchTranslations), again after your application has been approved and you've been accepted in STS.
