FacetrackNoIR -Head Tracking software.

I was chatting with Fluffy earlier today and he introduced me to FacetrackNoIR, a free headtracking application for use in games hardcore leet sims like DCS, Falcon 4.0 and ARMA 2/3.

The only thing you need is a webcam that can achieve 30FPS or higher and the software itself.
Using my dell monitor integrated webcam, I was able to get pretty good results (albeit with about half a second of lag between turning my head and my character's head moving ingame) once I tweaked the application using the following video as a guide:

Those work pretty well and I like the guy's use of a 'deadzone' for centering your view when you want to look straight ahead.

Enable it in ARMA by going to Option > controls > controllers and enabling TrackIR.
