I cannot comment on vehicles since..never used them as much up until now.

For the uniforms, maybe. But weapons are kinda pointless. 90% of the weapons that CUP adds are done far better in the RHS modset and the RHS modset has more options for their weapons as well. I like CUP but I reckon its nostalgia speaking.
