GH05T — Wed, 04 Jan 2017 18:54:06 +0000

Hey guys,

Im setting up a new Twitch channel to do some live broadcasts of my VR gaming... I'll probably cover a few games but to start I'll be doing a few ONWARD vids...

Please feel free to visit and shoot me a follow if you feel so inclined...

It's not quite ready to go just yet and I'm switching to 1GB fibre internet very soon and it might take me a bit to get my feet wet in the streaming game but I will get it all figured out in short order!

Here's a link to my page! I have no followers yet so lets have a race to see who will be my first! You always remember your first right!! LOL

GH05T — Thu, 26 May 2016 15:39:42 +0000

Hey guys,

Just letting you know I have got my Vive and I have to say its nothing short of incredible... And one thing I like doing, just about as much as playing in VR is showing it off to others!! That said if any of you in the Peterborough area want to come check it out please feel free... Just send me an email at piffer55@gmail.com or message me here in steam and we'll set it up!

Trust me when I say this is the future of gaming!! It will get you excited for gaming again and spark a renewed drive to upgrade your PC's!! LOL

Currently I am running the Vive with a 980ti and it's silky smooth!! Anyway like I said if you are interested come have a look!! You won't be disappointed!!

Cheers,

Chris

Just letting you know that a few of us have started playing Swtor again and they have made some significant changes for the better... If you feel like joining back in please feel free to spark up your old characters and jump back into it...

There is a new addon pack that raises the level cap to 60 from 50 which is available tomorrow as I write this...

Hope to see you guys back in the game... We just played last Friday night and had a blast leveling together!!

VR is coming!!

GH05T — Fri, 11 Apr 2014 20:28:25 +0000

Hey guys... I am writing this to gauge interest in having a VR night at my place sometime in July when my Oculus Rift DK2 arrives for anyone that wants to drop by and try it out... Let me know if you would be interested in that... It would be fun to get the old ELAN group together and shoot the shit and talk about VR and the future of gaming!!

So if you are interested let me know and when I get my RIFT I will setup a night for everyone to drop by and experience the awesomeness that is... VR!!

Cheers,

Ghosty

GH05T — Thu, 25 Apr 2013 23:44:41 +0000

We have our own Razer Comms Group called the ROTTGROUP... It's a free voip program like teamspeak and vent but it is very clear!! Download yours now and do a search for the ROTTGROUP and we will add you to the list so we can all communicate much better... We have a bunch of different rooms for different games.

Here is the link...

Talk you to guys soon via crystal clear voip!!

Ghosty ps special thanks to grant for finding this program

PSS... They also have another program called RAZER GAME BOOSTER which closes all background programs that don't need to be loaded while you game so that you can dedicate the majority of your system power to nothing but your game... You know that important part... But it's easy to use and when you exit your game it puts your system back to normal all on it's own!!

Welcome

GH05T — Tue, 19 Feb 2013 06:27:09 +0000

Welcome to the ROTTGROUP!!

We call ourselves the ROTTGROUP because a few of us have been gaming friends since the original Rise of the Triad game. I would also like to welcome all the members who frequented ELAN GAMES... We may not have our gaming center anymore but that doesn't stop our friendship or our gaming fun... And besides there's always my basement which works pretty well for gaming and online sites like these to keep us connected and having fun.

With the purchase of a couple more tables and a few chairs I could host as many as 14 players in my basement... At the moment we usually get around between 6 and 9 players out consisting of the original ROTTGROUP members but if anyone in this group who lives in the area is interested in coming out just let me know and we can make arrangements... I post my gaming sessions in the events tab.

It might take me a bit as I just started this group to get everyone in as I still have friends that I have yet to link up with in steam still but one step at a time!!

If anyone is interested in becoming a moderator of this group please let me know and I will hook you up!!

Cheers,

Ghosty
