Taking Moderator Applications!

Heyo everypony,
We are currently taking applications for moderators in PoniesPP. Currently we do not have any mods, so we are now looking for dedicated members who may be interested in contributing to the group.

Applicants SHOULD
- Have a willingness to contribute to the group,
- Come online often, at least twice a week minimum,
- Show respect to other group members,
- Be willing to co-operate and work with others,
- Show self-control when given moderator power (no useless announcements, no kicking people from chat for no reason etc.),
- Have patience,
- Show independance, especially when faced with challenging or difficult tasks,
- Listen to admins,
- Follow rules.

Applicants SHOULD NOT
- Have a non-sociable and non-helpful attitude,
- Be excessively rude (in a discusting way),
- Be disrespectful towards others,
- Have a short temper / become easily frusterated,
- Have a tendency to do things without asking and/or bend the rules,
- Abuse moderator powers,
- Abuse other group members,
- Be a general bottomopening.

If you are interested in applying, speak to [xMAD] Mad Ninja or [xMAD] [S&F] Jmasteryay, or leave a comment in this announcement. We will put you down on a list and interview you sometime.

Finally I've managed to find an upload of Episode 4. It's low quality, and split into two parts, but from what I can tell it's the best out there at the moment. Sorry about this.

Regarding Season 4 Episode 4

Hey everyone, Ninja here.

I've looked around YouTube, Steam and various other places for a while, and I can't find any upload of Season 4 Episode 4. Only short clips and previews. I realise that it hasn't even been a full 24 hours since it's aired, although I would love to get a link up as soon as possible. If anyone finds a youtube video or a video from any other well know video site, then please message me with a link (Or post it in comments of this group if I'm offline).
