Comrades and fellow party members,

It can be safely declared that Operation Goobanoose was a decisive victory against the fascist hordes. They have been pushed back to the Don Corleone river, and have actually pushed ahead of our goal by retaking the city of Memekov past the river.

To celebrate the occasion we are creating the 1st Guards Rifle Division. It will be charged by the sole holder of the Hero of EB Games medal, Eternix due to his heroism in the operation and in the past. Eternix, Dildorious, Fingernail 76, Negrodamus, and Rei Afonso Henri are hereby moved from their former divisions to the 1st Guards Rifle Division. The division is also hereby given the priviledge of using 95-Octane Meme-Lease Fuel in their trucks for transport.
