It is marked as US Only! I'm taking it that Crossing Souls is good then?

RPS was definitely not hot on it, viewing it as too overtly '80s. Haven't read other takes.

Honestly, I will be surprised if Loot Play has the same value as a typical Humble Bundle. And they're charging the exact sasme price, so they really better.

I also like how the assure me that "shipping is included." Gee, thanks.

Purely from it's art and animation, I get a 'genuine' feeling from it.

"Honestly, I will be surprised if Loot Play has the same value as a typical Humble Bundle." Not only was I right, this was even worse than I thought. This is Crossing Souls and a bunch of previously-bundled cheapo games for the price of a Humble Bundle. I can only assume their business model is "people who come from other Loot Crates and don't know about better bundles."

(Don't get me wrong, Epistory is fantastic, but it's been bundled many times)

With Crossing Souls being the headliner, I doubt there was any ever doubt this could match a Humble Monthly on a bad month, and given the kind of crap Humble usually takes, I cannot imagine LootPlay is going to have an easy life.

FTR, NeuroVoider was neither bundled before, nor dirt cheap, though also not likely going to drive people crazy that they've missed this, either.

You're right.

Yeah, I mean Humble can do what it does only because of the massive subscription numbers. But even before it had those numbers, it was able to curate a number of interesting, unbundled indie games. I just don't know what Lootplay is trying to do here.
