Describing the Rolles

People lately have not been sticking to their main roll so i made a brief summary of each roll

Entry Fragger - The first one in. - Aggressive. Great shot. Great communication.

Playmaker - Get trade kills if the Entry Fragger goes down. - Aggressive. Great shot. Great in the clutch. Great communication.

Strat Caller - Calls the round strategies (and/or ct positioning). - Great knowledge of the game. Great communication.

Support - Aid those in need of a pop flash or smoke. - Great knowledge of nades. Passive. Can stay calm and pick up trade kills. Great communication.

Awper - The primary awp. - Great reaction time. Great aim. Can entry. Great communication.

Lurker - Unpredictable to keep the enemies on their toes. - Great knowledge of rotations. Great positioning. Great use of sound. Great communication.

Communication is a must for every team at every position. The better your shot, the better you'll be at your respective role (obviously). These "roles" are not official, and I'm sure there are many more that could be described.

Reporting all members! I belive that as a team now we should have scheduled events such as tonight, a 5 man que up of the team just playing our asses off and most inportantly having fun because alot of us are doing 2 man que ups and it gets very boring and with the people with lower ranks they need the help to get to Master Guardian

OneTapFactory Not Even Stats

Recently, the team hasn't had even showings some examples is TNTBOSS dropping multiple 30 bombs and even a 40 bomb, while other members struggling with under 15 kills. Changes need to be made either stratwise or rosterwise, decsions are being made

Mutliple games, the crew with eiter 2,3, or even 4 members fail to listen to calls and often overrotate. Our entry frag has also had multiple performances with under 10 kills blaming no "support" either we're changing entry frag or figuring out how to support him. The team also has a huge problem with choking usually due to people not listenning to calls, overall, most people are making progress!

ALSO, welcome Rikstar to the team! He will be taking the role of either second awp or rifle!

Day 2 and 3 Results

Day 2 we went 3-2. TNTBOSS Dropped 3 30 Bombs in a row! Day 3 didn't entail much. We all need to work on overaggression and not listening to calls but so far, I think everyone has improved.

With 3 members queing we were able to go 2:0 for wins!

Some new things have arrived, superblockes is looking for support or secondary awp. We had some problems with overagression but overall good results for first two games!
