How to remove annoying "Modern Warfare 2 Background music"

1. Go to your "Steam Library" and right Click "MW2" and go to "Properties"

2. Browse Local Files

3. Open the folder called "Miles"

4. Rename the Mssmp3.asi file and change it to Mssmp3.bak

5. Save your settings and relaunch Modern Warfare 2

Note: This will also apply to background music that's turned on when the game is about to end.
