The solo games in KF2 a night/day much easier because of the 50 HP syringe and 50% less damage on big zeds. This conditions players to much lower expected performance when playing multiplayer games, as compared to solo games. It doesn't have to be that way.

As an example, one can kite almost endlessly almost any amount of fleshpounds as a gunslinger on almost any map. The hardest solo FP hit is 44 HP, while the syringe heals you 50 HP once every 15 seconds. True Solo makes it impossible, the FP hit is 68 HP which is nearly deadly if added some trash and the syringe is pathetic 20 HP which isn't even close to the "out of jail ticket" the solo syringe is.

You've voted previously overwhelmingly 11:1 to implement True Solo experience on HoE+ and I just did that, thanks to procrastinating on real world stuff and long weekends. I've tested the damage on wave 1 scrake and the syringe HP heal amount and nothing else. There are some obscure differences such as Abomination's live farts behavior, slight adjustments to boss behavior (read more about this following the True Solo link) -- I honestly don't care about all that, for me True Solo equals to just 2 things: the syringe and the damage for medium/big zeds. It's currently available on server #4 as it was the only servers with no players. I'll restart the rest whenever I have time and no players will be present.

It doesn't make the solo matches impossible, just eliminates the cheese. I'm going to record a Burning Paris run soon with full both HoE+ and True Solo experience.

I know most of you don't care much as you enjoy pretty much coop only, but for solo enjoyers like myself it's going to be something new to try. No more cheese wins on Dust2_Challenge while playing solo.

The True Solo experience is available as server-side only mod, per long time tradition, and doesn't affect the player's client KF2 software in any way whatsoever, doesn't depend on the KF2 content hub workshop, downloads nothing, fully 100% compatible with Epic Games KF2.

PPS Also, one day long time ago I've suggested to Fat Cat to adopt True Solo for his solo runs. Unfortunately he's ignored my suggestion. I can somewhat get it from the viewers perspective -- True Solo runs are much harder and probably less spectacular as there's less room for risky moves -- some stunts won't look as impressive as one can't afford to engage in riskier gameplay.

I've done plenty of true solo gunslinger runs on my YT channel and will do more in the future.

Also, since we are at it -- the proper way to get the KF2 speedrunning going is to make it consistent and comparable -- thus, predefined (with 0 RNG) spawn cycles must be used, as well as True Solo to allow for a level field. I see some morons up to this day uploading speedrunning KF2 demos that show nothing but lucky RNG rolls, but proper speedruns should show the skill, not luck.
