Once you click App Store Download above google play it will take you to the Japanese store
Sign in as
Email:[e-mail]
Password:ASplitscreener1
You should be able to download it now

Note the game will be in Japanese in all versions.
Ask me any questions if you dont understand a tutorial or maybe you dont understand leveling or anything at all.
