Calling active trainers
This group was initially cnceived to help co-ordinate between the various trainers. Personally I feel it would also be useful for cordinating players interested in getting training - perhaps a discussion on how the group should be used would be healthy?

I also think it we really need to have a list of currentlyactive trainers and the time zone they are active in - GMT+10/+9 Ociana/Asia, GMT+1 EU and GMT-5 US Muse.

The EU and US zones have no one posting events and while I can do this it will show up in my local time GMT+9 - it's much easier to redirect players here than to the forums.

I'm "active" in the GMT-5 zone. Not as active as I should be, but I do try to at least run the Wednesday session when I can. I joined this group but then never checked it again, so I hadn't thought to see if there were events posted for our training sessions. Can anyone create them?

any of the people with gold stars in the memeber list can .
[G] Ataris Sep 10, 2013 @ 10:30am
usual EU weekly training time is 7pm CET (GMT+2)
Since Skrim and Kyren are unavailable we still should have Wazulu, Mattilald, me and some of occasional trainers for the event.

Cool - can you add some events Ataris if I do it it will show up as GMT+9

Is there a way I can apply to be a trainer? I'd really like to start tutoring a little more :D
Calico-Jack Sep 10, 2013 @ 2:02pm
Yes there is - what's your time zone?
Portia Sep 10, 2013 @ 2:20pm

Talk to Ataris about going along to EU training sessions they take place once a week on Wednesdays.

GMT+10

I believe both trainers and trainees can get valuable information from this group. It can help usher both parties into training matches if they are getting steam notifications that a training event has started. Whether this is best as two seperate groups or just this one, I don't know.

- Side note: I would like to be able to invite people (newcomers and veterans) to this group _that have shown interest_ from inside the game and without. Note I qualified the statement with only those that have shown interest in training, I don't see the value of spamming everyone that logs in.

Sounds a good idea Ramjam - I've been directing players here as well. I think it slightly more central than the forums which require an aditional log in.

I don't know if I will be available every time to help you, but I sure can try!
Calico-Jack Sep 23, 2013 @ 3:38am
that's great Rainer - we really need someone in GMT+1 to help oversee the training sessions
Sprayer2708 Oct 3, 2013 @ 6:29am
So is there an active euro trainer who can make events now?
Allons! Sep 21, 2016 @ 12:59am
