Created two new spawn modes that may be accessed with the !spawnmode command
0: vanilla spawning from far away (the one used in the "standard version" at half the max spawn range)

1 (default): RADIAL spawning

2: GRID spawning
- added !give plugin that alllows survivors to pick their weapon
- added awp related cvars
- Cleaned files from useless or duplicated lines.
