Hey everyone I would like to let all who still read these posts that video game is on for this Friday or the day after Halloween. If you are not to hungover come and play smash bros. If I get at least 10 responses then I will bring an Xbox and my flat screen for Marvel vs Capcom 3 on xbox. Thought if anyone wants to bring a console, awesome and you get your choice of game thought try to keep it around fighting games.

Ok so Games Club will start soon. I do not know yet because I need to finish some personal things first. Anyways what room do you guys want? All odd number rooms are open and free except for the science rooms.

This next year of games club I would like to change up video game club so it won't be so FPS based. Any ideas?

LAN!

LAN is also know as a local area network it is a way to Ethernet connect with other computers. This allows us to play games like Team Fortress 2, Minecraft and Gary's mod together locally in the club. All we have to do is hook up computers to a LAN switch which I bought. But don't worry we will have the usual console gaming at the club. If you want to be included in this LAN gaming we need you to bring your computers. Once we have this up and running we may have a TF2 tournament.

There will be games club tomorrow. I have just gotten halo reach and will be the new games available to play. Also just got a hub to hook up other computers. This means we can play tf2!

Hi Jarod here. Happy new year. I'm sorry this was so late but get used to it because of the general theme within this message. First I will like to apologize for the lack of communication. Also sorry that this message might be a long one. So let's get started. First things first there will be no video game club meeting tomorrow. Second there is one thing I would like to address. The events of the Sandy Hook shooting was absolutely terrible, I like to say this in no way we are trying to promote that kind of behavior all we want to do is have fun in this club.Third people have been requesting Mortal Kombat to be a video game we could play.This is fine but everyone needs to sign the forms before we can play that game. If you like a form it is attached through the e-mail or been the link above. The final thing to go over is that I want to report that the past few months I've been trying to contact the technology department to be able to play LAN with TF2. I am unable to get steam access through the school network so if we want to play we will have to figure out workarounds to get steam working on the school network. We still could play lan but hats and weapons would be unavailable unless we can find a workaround. This will be a problem unless they contact me soon. Also does anybody have a lan switch? This year I like to communicate better and beat our record of two video game meetings.

Tomorrow there we will be no video game club. Unfortunately there will be no break sessions and the school will close early. I'm sorry that things did not work out. During Christmas break and intersession there will be no games club. During this time there will games organized online on steam or any other program like PSN, Xbox live. Hope you have a good break.

Last Day Games Club

Hello everyone Jarod here and I would like to say that Thursday there will be no games club do to the upcoming exams but don't worry there will be games club on the last day before winter break. If everything goes according to plan we may get Room 104/105 on the last day and have up to 4 Screens and maybe Tf2. In order to accomplish this we need consoles, controllers and games. If we can get these thing it will be a very good meeting during the option time given on the last day before break.

Alright tomorrow we will have video game club we will be playing Call of Duty and Halo. If you want to play these games you need to sign the waiver form. Lets have a fun time.
