Taken care of just in case anyone was wondering.

hey... there is something wrong with stats... lost in all stats except fortitude part or all points...my char and dinos... my lvl 71 stayed... leveled up and put the point in weight and changed from 160 to 180!!! before had 1300... hp from 500to 160... speed down to 112

If you all want it to stay up, then don't complain when it's out of our control that the server has to update.

We will be bringing back the server, but this time with a revised mod pack to help with downtime.

If the server says offline or it's not showing up in the server list then chances are it's down for updates.

We are hoping that this will fix all of the connection issues that some of us are having #hopeful.

You guys are the best, I have not been on a server where the owners/admins work as hard as you two do to help players get in.

Sets, I sent you a friend request. A couple of us are having this issue at the moment... working to try and find a fix. Unfortunately it seems to be an issue with a recent ark update or ISP problems and attacks up north. This is why we're trying to migrate the server. We've tried a bunch of things - and we're slowly working our way through. Apologies for the inconvenience. I do promise we are doing all we can to get it up and running properly.

i was kinda sorta able to join but i couldn't see anything, i could hear my character walking but also i could hear the loading screen music at the same time.

We are still working on the connection issue some of us are having. It's not the community center, its not validating server files, its not drivers or update issues. We are honestly running out of ideas, if anyone has any please let us know. Only a couple people are being effected by this when joining the server.

If you are having issues connecting and you have tried everything we suggest below adjust your settings on steam and ark.

For ARK: Switch bandwidth to low (you will need to do this before logging in).
For Steam: go to steam > settings > in game > down at the bottom where it says Max ping, select 250 its default is 5k (you will only need to do this once).

Not sure why but recent patch is conflicting with some ISP. So some are having issues connecting, or getting dc'd randomly.

Server is down for updates. Let me know how it goes hun when it comes back up.

FOR THE TIME BEING: DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING ONTO CRYSTAL ISLES! Currently, it crashes the server when you try to download something from an obelisk. Please refrain from doing so!

The crystal Isles server is temporarily down we are fixing some issues with it.

If you cant join the server with the error "Outgoing reliable buffer overflow"

Try going to options at the main menu, and lowering your bandwidth speed to low (14 kb/s) just to load into the game. The error you were getting was related to an optimization and rendering issue with the map because it's enormous. Doesn't happen all the time, but when it does give that a try. It worked for me just now.

Update windows, drivers, and validate your game files if you are having trouble connecting before notifying us. If you are still having issues please let us know on discord.

Some players seem to be experiencing connection issues (getting the error connection to host timed out). We are working on fixing the problem as quickly as possible. Thanks for your understanding :)

Just wanted to say if you're having problems logging in, getting lost connection to host or black screens - please try updating your drivers. It's not a guaranteed fix, but it is something that many people tend to overlook when trying to find a solution.

Everyone we talk on Discord quite frequently everyday a couple of us are on so if you guys wanted to join feel free. You don't even need a mic you can just text chat with us!

I am sorry to say but there was another mod update released. They have been doing this all day its really annoying. Check back in another 30 minutes from this post....

If you have any problems using one of the mods, please post them here. We will do our best to let the mod developers know of the bugs if they don't already.
