Right we are doing this shit now... its been too long lads. So on the 13th this month i want you guys on so we can finally do our team game.

Also on that date we will start our awards as we are starting our first team game. If you dont know what they are... ive announced them earlier on another post so read that because i cant be fucked to write them all out (im on holiday in Croatia... gg ) so when i get back we'll sort out a practice game before the real thing so we can sort out positions and stuff but I think we have that stuff sorted already tbh.

Well its probably going to be this guys. Reid's gave us a hand and i personally think its amazing (cuse its free) I'll leave the download link at the bottom for you guys, and just download it and tell me when you've done that. I'll then help you find the group and the friends on there. You will need to make an account which is quite easy but let me or Reid know if you have problems.

Right lads... I think we need to use something like Skype. Its a lot better doing it this way instead of the in game voice chat. So we can have a vote on Skype, Team Speak or any others you think that are better. Again just write in the comment. Ty guys

We gotta sort out some roles lads as we are getting closer to being able to play some team games.

I'll let you guys tell me your preference and i'll sort out who goes where and stuff. Theres 8 of us so im planning on getting 2 more so we can make 2 teams. It will be good for practice as well since the 2 teams can play eachother. Its not about which heroes are your best so you feel comfortable its about which lane do you work best in. For example my weakest will probably be the offlaner even though i can play offlane heroes. Just let me know guys what you want ASAP

We have a Canadian now and his name is Unpunished (John) Cool guy and a really good asset to the team! Now this is truly a multi cultural team- Brit,Americans,Jordans and Italians all in one! What could be better!

Yup title means everything. Done for a long time... ie 5 weeks or so. So from tommorow onwards i shall not be on Dota till then. In the mean time, get some practice games going together. If i can, ill organise something for you guys so you can get some practice together but for now, just keep playing as you are and grab as much Xp as possible and hopefully wins!

It will officially start when i come back with Team Games and stuff starting but from now till then its just practice practice practice.

From now to when i first met you guys, you have all moved on so much and its really cool to see us all develop so rapidly. Keep up the good work guys and I will see you guys when i get back

Even MORE prizes and earnings

Few posts ago, I was talking about a Player of the Month. It was an award that everyone voted for and whoever won, earned a key. Well, thinking about it more and more, there should be more awards then Player of the Month. So im thinking of the following:

1) Most kills in a match
2) Most towers taken in the month
3) Most assists in a match
4) Most rampages in the month
5) Best moment in the game

Obviously, 1) - 4) can easily be figured out where i will look at our past games together and work it out, however number 5 will have to be decided with a group vote. I will nominate a load of important scenes, or combacks or best ganks or something like that and list them on here. Then its a matter of voting to see which one is our favourite (favorite= for the americans here) These are all for preperation for when we start playing our "Proper" matches.

These awards dont get counted unless we play as a team, ie a 5 man team playing in the same game, and if they are practice games they wont be counted. These awards can only be given if we do ranked games, or team matches.

For prizes, its probably going to be an item. Again, i'll supply the prizes and I will decide what they will receive (dont worry i wont be stingy :D )

As a team, i dont really want you to be saying, "Gorilla watch out!" I think its better if you say, "Ryan watch out!" As a team, we need to know eachothers names as it sounds more friendly and this team is all about friendship (Awwwwww) So get going on learning everyone's names guys! Its not hard!

MDM might be out for a while and may become unreliable in terms of commitment. So, we probably need to find an extra guy who can fill in if MDM is out, or if one of us is out. If YOU find anyone that you think is decent, let me know and tell them to add me if they are interested in joining. We'll play a few games with him/her <--- we need a girl lol then decide if they are good enough.

So i.e go out scouting for people.
